Meet Our Grandma Teacher

At the heart of HiTaiChi is our Grandma Teacher, a longtime practitioner of gentle movement, Tai Chi, and Ba Duan Jin.

Now in her seventies, she continues to practice with calm energy, steady movement, and a bright spirit. Her daily routine is a reminder that gentle movement can be simple, meaningful, and suitable for every stage of life.

She began learning traditional Chinese wellness exercises many years ago and has continued practicing through different stages of life. Over time, she developed a slow, clear, and beginner-friendly teaching style that focuses on breathing, balance, relaxation, and body awareness.

Her lessons are not about performance or perfect form. They are about helping people start where they are, move within their comfort level, and build a small daily habit that feels peaceful and sustainable.
